Knowledge level, attitude, and behavior of midwifery students about periodontal health to pregnant women

Periodontal disease is an inflammatory of the tissues surrounding teeth. during pregnancy cor-related with adverse pregnancyoutcomes such as prematurity, low birth weight, preeclampsia, and miscarriage. Midwifery stu-dents who will practice need to know about periodontal health inpregnant women. This descriptive study aimed determine knowledge, attitudes behavior midwifery students at STIKes Senior Medan for pregnant women, number research samples was 102 female students. The tests used are validity tests, reliability des-criptive statistical analysis. questionnaire valid reliable except items 3 knowledge 5 attitude so it deleted. resultsshowed that level behaviour senior women in good category.
